VISION

 

ADDACT’s Vision is to:

  • Increase awareness and acceptance of ADHD as a mainstream mental wellbeing disorder, including its symptoms, treatment and associated conditions amongst those affected and the wider community.
  • Increase awareness and influence on public policy impacting on people with ADHD, particularly in the portfolios of mental health, disability, education and central coordinating agencies (Chief Minister) within the ACT government.
  • Be recognised for its experience as the leading non-government organisation for ADHD and associated conditions within the ACT and the adjoining region.
  • Be financially sound to effectively achieve its mission, roles and responsibilities.
     

MISSION 

ADDACT’s Mission is to provide support, information, advice, awareness education and advocacy services to people with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), their families, carers and the broader community.
